INTERIOR VISUALISATIONS
40% advance payment
Once the concept is approved, we translate it into detailed photorealistic visualisations.
Architecture, materials, furniture, lighting, custom made elements and decorative details are developed together to create a complete representation of the future interior.
The visualisations allow the client to experience and understand the space before implementation begins and establish the final design direction for the technical stage.
The stage is completed once the interior visualisations are approved by the client.
40% advance payment
Once the concept is approved, we translate it into detailed photorealistic visualisations.
Architecture, materials, furniture, lighting, custom made elements and decorative details are developed together to create a complete representation of the future interior.
The visualisations allow the client to experience and understand the space before implementation begins and establish the final design direction for the technical stage.
The stage is completed once the interior visualisations are approved by the client.
TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION
20% advance payment
Following approval of the final visualisations, we prepare the technical documentation required to bring the design into reality.
The documentation includes relevant plans, elevations, layouts, details and drawings for custom made interior elements and furniture.
All technical documentation is developed on the basis of the approved design and serves as the foundation for contractors, manufacturers and suppliers during implementation.

Following approval of the final visualisations, we prepare the technical documentation required to bring the design into reality.
The documentation includes relevant plans, elevations, layouts, details and drawings for custom made interior elements and furniture.
All technical documentation is developed on the basis of the approved design and serves as the foundation for contractors, manufacturers and suppliers during implementation.

Procurement Fee — 15% of the approved procurement budget
We manages the sourcing and purchasing process for the furniture, lighting, sanitary ware, finishes, equipment and bespoke items specified within the project.
We work with trusted suppliers, manufacturers and contractors to ensure that every selected item corresponds with the approved design, technical requirements, quality standards and project budget.
THE SERVICE INCLUDES:
