A 50 sq.m. apartment on the ground floor of Yansoon 7, Downtown Dubai, with a private terrace almost the same size as the home itself — a second room open to the sky. Designed to suit a wide range of future owners, the interior was built with its own clear character. The headboard and bed frame are custom-made, upholstered in bouclé, framed in rare Mappa burl veneer. Doors throughout are finished in maple veneer and hung flush, without visible frames.

A 270 sq.m. office in DIFC, built as an investment rather than for one company's daily use. We added a private kitchen and two bathrooms — a rare feature on a floor where every other office shares facilities — and planned open, closed and storage zones to suit a range of future tenants. The office sold, and now runs a full working team. Similar commercial fit-outs are available on request.

A studio in Socio Tower, given by children to their parents as their first home in Dubai. The task was simple to state and harder to build: make a new country feel like home from day one. A 250 sq.m. villa near Milan. The existing architecture set the tone from the start — different proportions, a different quality of light — and the design was shaped to work with that character, using the same principles of comfort and restraint that guide every Elamo project.

A 110 sq.m. apartment on Beach Isle, built around one client's love of 1960s bar culture and low light. Every ceiling runs dark, with layered lighting replacing any single overhead source, creating the feel of a private lounge. Featured on Interior.ru.

A 92 sq.m. living room scope within a larger private residence in Al Barari, for a local family. We designed a custom clock projection marking prayer times, set within a restrained, high-quality material palette.

A concept for an 85 sq.m. apartment in the Nebo complex, Moscow, designed for a couple drawn to wabi-sabi and Japanese minimalism. The TV is hidden inside a niche; the radiators, by contrast, are left fully visible, painted black, treated almost as art objects. Decorative plaster covers the walls and ceiling, matched by oak and ash veneer furniture.

A 400 sq.m. villa in Dubai Hills Estate, one of two homes we designed for the same family. Originally a standard developer build, it was reworked to feel warm and specific to the family's taste — the quieter, more restrained of the two homes, with a larger, more formal villa nearby.

A private house in Novogorsk, near Moscow, fully reworked from a standard developer layout around one client's taste for dark interiors and brass detailing. A built-in aquarium set into the staircase became the house's signature feature.

A 450 sq.m. villa in Dubai Hills Estate, the larger and more formal of two homes designed for the same family. Reworked from a standard developer layout, it also holds inherited Persian carpets, passed down through generations as a personal artifact set within a contemporary interior.

An 87 sq.m. apartment in Sadovye Kvartaly, Moscow, designed for a mother and her two sons in a Japandi palette. The boys share one room split into two work zones. In the master bedroom, hand-applied decorative plaster was left visibly textured on purpose — a quiet mark of craft.

A 178 sq.m. penthouse in the Spires complex, Moscow, where the building's arched façade and colour palette shaped the interior itself. Marble and lacquered veneer panels run vertically and on the diagonal, echoing the architecture outside. Ceilings reach close to 4 metres.

A 600 sq.m. guest house on a private estate near Moscow, built for the same family as the main residence. With 5–6 bedrooms, an open living area and a separate kitchen, the brief called for veneer panelling, contemporary furniture and track lighting throughout. A 430 sq.m. townhouse near Moscow, designed for developer Tashir Group and later replicated across 15 more units in the same development. The developer handed units over fully furnished — furniture, bedding, artwork and curtains included, not just finishes. With no single end buyer in mind, materials were chosen to appeal broadly.

A 180 sq.m. lobby interior for a premium residential complex in Moscow, designed for a tender submission. The brief was to move away from a typical residential entrance toward the feel of a boutique hotel: burgundy leather, metallic wallcovering, dark flooring and glass-detailed lighting throughout.
